How do I book?

Once you’ve decided on a date, click the “Book Now” button tab & submit a request to book. We will get back to you within 24-48 hours. Please include any additional details such as the occasion, tablescape preference, and anything else we should know about to make sure your event a success!

How far should I book in advance?

We highly recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for availability, however, if we have the date available on short notice, we’ll do our best to accommodate any last minute requests!

Do I need a permit?

That depends on the location, guest count, and some other factors.  If you request a special location, we'll let you know if you need a permit and will guide you through the process.

What should I expect on the day of my picnic?

On the day of your picnic, you will receive a text message from one of our event specialists assigned to your event when they arrive on site, a location pin, and when your picnic is ready so you’re not arriving mid-setup. There will be a 10 minute grace period, otherwise you will be forfeiting your picnic as we cannot leave our setups unattended and may have other client setups to attend to. We ask that you please plan accordingly to arrive on time.

How do I pay?

Once your booking is approved, you will receive an invoice that can be paid online. A 50% deposit of the estimated total is required to secure the date & time for your event. You are also welcome to pay in full. The remaining balance (if any) will be due 7 days before your event date.

What’s your cancellation policy?

All cancellation requests must be made in writing. A partial refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event date. There will be a 25% cancellation fee of the amount paid. For weather-related cancellations, a credit will be issued to use towards a future picnic based on availability that must be redeemed within 6 months of the cancellation date based on availability. All other cancellations within 14 days of your event date are non-refundable.

How long can I picnic?

The picnic palette rental will be yours to enjoy for 2 hours. If you would like more time, please let us know in advance! Additional time will incur a fee.

What Covid-19 measures are in place?

COVID-19 has brought health and safety to the forefront of everyone’s mind. We want all our guests to feel 100% comfortable. Here are the steps we're taking in accordance with the CDC guidelines to help keep everyone safe:

  • Items in contact with food or drinks such as all the tableware will be washed and disinfected after each picnic.

  • All tables and decorations will be disinfected after each picnic.

  • Rugs, blankets, and pillow covers will be washed after each picnic.

  • Our team will wear face masks & gloves when setting up and delivering picnics upon request.

  • We're offering sani wipes/hand sanitizer with every picnic setup.
